Pocket Possession Arrow™ was founded through a unique partnership between a military veteran and basketball coach, and his daughter, a passionate player who competes at top national levels. Our mission is to bring a practical, purpose-driven tool to the court, grounded in the values of service, discipline, and teamwork.

As a veteran, I spent years relying on precision, preparedness, and clear visual communication principles that naturally carried over when I transitioned into coaching. Whether in the military or on the basketball court, one thing remained constant: success depends on staying focused and being ready to make quick, informed decisions. Coaching became a new way to serve and mentor, and through that journey, I identified a simple but important need, a better way to manage game flow, especially possession tracking.

That’s when my daughter and I teamed up to create the Pocket Possession Arrow™, a compact, durable job aid for coaches, referees.
